      We have many foreign clients that have a desire to establish a presence in the United States. An inexpensive way of doing this is to establish a simple US corporation. We have established numerous such small and inexpensive corporations through the years. There is no requirement for equity in the corporation. Clients use their US corporations during licensing negotiations to not only improve the clients' credibility but also to permit their corporations to receive the licensing revenue. We have also experience in establishing more complicated corporations that may require shareholder's agreements.
